Belt Conveyor:
Slider Bed Belt conveyors and Roller Bed Belt conveyors:
Belt conveyors are used for applications where product to be conveyed has soft or irregular foot print or small items that could fall between rollers.  Product to be conveyed is carried directly on top of the conveyor belt.  Belt conveyors are used for horizontal, incline or decline conveyors.
Applications: assembly lines, inspection, sorting and transportation.
     Standard belt widths: 6″, 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″ & 36″.
     Straight and curved sections available.

Live Roller Conveyor:
Product is conveyed directly on top of the carrying rollers, great for horizontal conveying of product while allowing for transfers, side loading or light pressure accumulation of the product on conveyor.  Product to be conveyed needs a flat smooth bottom, nothing to get caught between rollers as product is conveyed.  Examples of products: Boxes, totes, buckets, pails, pallets, bags or lumber.
Belt Driven Live Roller: Light duty or Medium duty applications,  rollers are driven by a conveyor belt under the carrying rollers, the driving force of the rollers can be adjusted for some accumulation of product (2%-3% back pressure). Conveyors can be reversed with the use of center drive.
     Standard between frame widths:
          Light Duty: 10″, 16″ or 22″
          Standard Duty: 13″ to 39″
          Straight and curved sections available.
Line Shaft Conveyor: Light duty applications (15 lbs per roller load capacity), rollers are driven by a drive shaft that runs the length of the conveyor with spools and drive belts that connect to the carrying rollers to drive the rollers.   Line shaft conveyors usually require less drives for the application saving cost and reducing utility costs.
     Standard between frame widths:
          Light Duty: 10″, 16″ or 22″
          Standard Duty: 15″ to 39″
          Straight and curved sections available.
Chain Driven Live Roller:  Medium duty or Heavy duty applications.  Best for oily or dirty applications where conveyor belts won’t work.  Good for pallet conveyors with heavier loads.
     Standard conveying surface widths:
          Medium Duty: 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″ & 48″.
          Heavy Duty: 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″, 48″, 51″, 54″ & 60″.
          Straight and curved sections available.

Zone or Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor:
Zero pressure accumulation conveyors keep the conveyed product in its zone with the use of sensors until it receives signal to release it, then balance of the products will move forward to the next zone while staying in their designated space.  With the use of zone larger that the product it would allow enough space around the product for workstation and assembly work.  Other applications, feeding product to a machine such as a case sealer or strapping machine at a specified rate, or holding all items shipped on a specific truck until that truck is ready to be loaded.
Belt Driven Zero Pressure Conveyor:
Rollers are driven by a belt powered by the pressure from tread rollers.  The zones are controlled by sensors or photo-eyes with the use of pneumatic clutches.
Standard between frame widths: 15″ to 39″
     Accumulation Zones: 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″ & 40″
Chain Driven Zero Pressure Conveyor:
Rollers are driven “roll to roll” within zones. The zones are controlled by sensors or photo-eyes with the use of pneumatic clutches.
     Standard conveying surface widths:
          Medium Duty: 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″ & 48″.
          Heavy Duty: 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″, 48″, 51″, 54″ & 60″.
          Accumulation Zones: 3’0″ to 5’0″
Powered Roller Zero Pressure Conveyor:
Fast and easy installation and setup. Low Maintenance and fewer spare parts. Motorized rollers are used to drive the conveyors eliminating the need for drive belts, chains or line shafts.  Very quiet conveyor.
Standard between frame widths: 15″ to 39″
     Accumulation Zones: 18″, 24″ & 30″

Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor:Belt conveyors are used for applications where product to be conveyed has soft or irregular foot print or small items that could fall between rollers.  Product to be conveyed is carried directly on top of the conveyor belt.  Belt conveyors are used for horizontal, incline or decline conveyors.
Applications: assembly lines, inspection, sorting and transportation.
     Standard belt widths: 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″ & 36″.
Straight, Curved, Incline or Decline sections available.

Chain Transfers or Chain Drag Conveyor:
These Conveyors are used transport or to transfer products 90 degrees to another conveyor.  These conveyors are typically used for pallets or other products with a sturdy conveyable surface.

Slat Conveyor:
Used to convey unstable or irregular shapes objects, products that have problem with bottom surfaces.  Used for assembly line work where there is a slow rate of speed. Typical products would be furniture, appliances, lawn mowers, etc.
